A complete renovation of an opulent apartment in Amman. We were instructed to completely redesign this 220 sqm apartment to create a luxurious yet minimal home. All inner walls are removed and an angled wall is placed in the entrance to create a focal point whilst creating a flow to the main living area combined of a living room, dining room and a kitchen with an open plan. A terrace has been added to enjoy the great view of the city while taking advantage of the warm climate. The concrete floor, custom-made lighting fixtures and minimalistic Italian furniture creates a simple yet luxurious feel.

The upper floor is dedicated to the owner of the house, with a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom and a terrace. The skylights with automated black-out curtains were added to elevate the space and bring daylight to the bedroom while allowing the owner to enjoy the city lights at the evening.
